I am trying to make Chocolate curls for a wedding cake, to look like the cakes from "The Sweet Life". I have the proper tools because I took a course years ago, but I can't find my information sheet and I'm having a hard time making the curls!
ANY ADVICE?
Also, any tips on how to assemble the cake? Do I just push the curl in to the side of the cake and then stack the other curls on top?

Oh that curler is a nightmere in my opinion..... I've tried and tried with it.

You would just push them or stick them to the icing while wet.
