sold by Global Sugar Art, made by Henry & Henry is gluten free? I emailed them a little while ago but haven't heard back yet. I want to go ahead with my cake so I'm hoping someone knows about this. I would love to use this but I don't want to take a chance because my daughter is seriously sensitive to gluten.
