Hi CakeCentral Cakesters!

I am a newbie to the site and the forums, What a wonderful online community!! I am soooo inspired to bake and make more!

My question is I would like to make and then send some cake pops for a friend for her baby shower (we live on opposite coasts).

What is the best way to send these beauties or should I just make them as little "Cake Truffles" in paper cups?

Your suggestions are MOST welcomed!

It can get expensive, but I wrap them first individually in cellophane with a ribbon (pretty and good protection), then freeze solid, pack with ice packs and ship overnight. Although I am thinking that as the temps go down significantly 2 day would work as well.

Good luck!
