HELP!! I am making a wedding cake for a friend and she now wants a tier to be rv with cream cheese frosting. Not really a big deal since I have what I need. Im just worried because the cake will be covered in black fondant with white details so I really would like to avoid having to keep it in a refridgerator esp since the rest of the cake doesnt need it! I usually use Indydebis buttercream recipe and I love love love it! Is there a cream cheese version out there that can be used under fondant and safely be kept out for 2 days?
