Hi all

A lady I'm making a cucpake tower for would like fresh gerbras on the top cutting cake. I've never used fresh flowers on a cake before. So to all of you who have, what is the best way of doing this?

thanks

PUT flowers stems in straws,, then insert in to cake..OR wrap stems with floral tape, then tape wax paper around that and insert into cake..Make sure stems are covered. Place a thin line of wax paper or colored tissue under bouquet so it doesn't touch cake.

Hope these suggestions help
