I love the peppridge farm cakes you get in the freezer section at the grocery store. How can I make icing like theres? Anyone know? Its non crusting, almost whipped and not too too sweet. Its awesome.

It's probably similar to bettercream, which is available at restaurant supply (cash & carry) stores)
