Hi. I think for my daughter's birthday, I would like to try to make the Orangel Dreamsicle cake )MacsMom's recipe) but what can I fill it with, any suggestions????

I just made one for my nephew for his wedding. I bought a cake emulsion called Nordic Creme from Global Sugar Art and added it to heavy cream, vanilla pudding, and a tsp each vanilla and orange extract. It tasted awesome! I also added it to her recipe and I think it made it taste THAT much better!
