Okay, I've used it a few times... tastes really great & all... but holy moley for me its a PITA to work with!!!! its flimsy, tears easily, and heaven forbid you make a mistake attaching somehting to it and need to remove... it pulls up oooh it made me so sad last night!!!!!
But then today I was thinking...
could one mix it with the SI Vanilla fondant, so that its a bit "tougher"?? I mean... SI fondant is a very soft fondant to begin with... but the chocolate is UBER soft....
Does anyone have any suggestions? of waht I could do to make it a bit easier to work with?
