Can I freeze a 0.25 cake covered with MMF for a week? I have my kids b-day cake and we have two 0.25 cakes. We have family coming in next weekend - can these be frozen? Will they be ruined?

What is a 0.25 cake?! Do you mean you have 1/4 of a cake leftover from your kids party? If so, wrap it tightly in several layers of saran wrap, then one of foil and freeze. Take the cake out the night before you need it and leave it to defrost with all the wrappings in place overnight. It'll be fine taste-wise, just not as good looking as it was to start with!
