Sorry, I guess I haven't narrowed it down quite yet! I have been reading most of the threads in this forum which has helped SO much!!! I am so glad I got referred to this site. Right now I'm in the planning stages. I am working on my business plan and getting things ready to meet with my attorney. My first questions....
1) How much did it cost you to start up?
2) How many employees did you start with?
3) Where did you find your ovens and coolers?
4) Do you regret the choice to open a storefront?
