Hi! I was half way through reading all the posts on making & using Ganache when my computer went down. Now I can't seem to get back to that same post. icon_cry.gif It ws the one where a person did this beautiful wedding cake & it was put in a magazine. She was doing a lot of explaining about using ganache under fondant, ect. Of course other's were talking about the ganache also. Could someone please help me get back to that post? It started in 2009, I believe. Thanks much....

Yes, TexasSugar, it is....thank you so much! Now, back to my studying all about ganache! I really want to try this today if I can. I am just not too sure about how much heavy cream to how much chocolate & will need to cover a 10" cake with the ganache whipped & also used for a filling. icon_rolleyes.gif

Glad I could help with the post. I pulled it up for someone else yesterday, so it was handy.

I can't help with the how muchs. The only ganache I have done is poured.
