I saw these adorable broken eggs cupcakes that were placed in paper egg cartons I think they were on the hello cupcake blog. I have a question.. how can you clean those cartons so they would be safe for food use? I know eggs are sterilized but what about the container. maybe the foam cartons could be washed but not the paper ones. or maybe they bought unused and new containers. hey I am answering my own questions
Maybe line each one with a bit of tissue paper? Or wax/parchment paper? You would be able to see it probably but might be a cute effect.
Someone just did these, they are in most saved.

Hahaha...that's what I thought! Um...how do you line them?
Those are a very cool idea...never woulda thought of that!!
I checked on line and saw few places that sell new egg containers. personally I rather buy new cartons. I wouldn't use a paper one and I will wash and disinfect the heck out of the styrofoam one!! Well that is just my germaphob part speaking
