I really love the WASC recipe, and wanted to see if anybody has a variation that tastes like a Snickers Bar. I just purchased Rich's Bettercreme for the first time and would LOVE to whip up a nice filling with real snickers pieces in it. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for this idea?

I would think a choolate cake with a carmel filling with peanuts. You could also crush up some candybars and use them for a filling too

Freeze the snickers pieces before you add it to the batter and they will keep their shape instead of melting into the batter.

There is a nugget recipe in this thread that sounds like it would be good in a Snickers cake.

I hope you will like this one icon_smile.gif

I use DH Devli's Food cake mix + 6 tbl of ground peanuts

Filling 1:
2 sticks butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
6 egg yolks
1 cup grounded Honey Maid grahams
100 gr baking chocolate
2 bags Dream whip

Filling 2
1 1/2 cup nutella
2 cups chopped peanuts

Instructions

Mix butter and sugar well and than add yolks and mix again. Add grahams and melted baking chocolate and mix with spoon. Prepare dream whip and add to mixture.

Mix together nutella and peanuts.

And I always cover the cake in chocolate icing icon_smile.gif
