Doing a four tiered wedding cake today. Was frosting the last tier when I suddenly became very dizzy and had a sense of vertigo. Took a few deep breaths, wondering what was wrong. Too much wine last night? Nope, just one glass. Sick? Nope, feel great otherwise. Then it dawned on me. Now that I am in my forties, watching even a merry go round makes me loopy. IT WAS THE TURNING CAKE PEDESTAL I WAS FROSTING ON!! OHHHHH...I just had to share!! icon_biggrin.gif

There are so many reasons why I know I'm getting old that I've lost count. I'd better stay away from lazy susans now, too!

I can relate! I always think my 72 year old mother is crazy when she says "don't let the children run in circles, it makes me dizzy!". Now I see what she means.
