am I crazy!? I know i'm not the first one to discover this. Bought a Silpat mat the other day because I know I start baking cookies in the winter. Then I started thinking "HEY! this would fix my issue of not being able to roll out fondant on my 3' wide counter that's old wood and has a crack in it!"


I have been using it for the past 3 days and everything is rolling out beautifully and evenly! I'm in LOVEEEE! <3
