If I apply all my fondant deocration with RI (holly leaves and berries) to BC covered cake., Will it last at least 1 dapy before it starts to "eat" into the fondant? I am also making chocolate poinsttias leaves on the BC so there should be no problems with that correct? TIA

You shouldn't have any problems at all. My Plumeria cake was finished on Friday morning and cut into Saturday night and all the Plumerias were held on with RI..no issues at all.
