Can someone suggest a smooth frosting to use when piping? Thanks Babs

I use two different ones. RI with meringue powder or egg white powder for some styles (Toba Garrett says that if you really want to do the fine detail work to use egg white meringue). I also use regular BC for some with either water for medium or thin flow and/or piping gel added to do writing with.
