I have to make a golfer girl for atop a cake...i havent the foggist on what to charge to make her. How do you price your gumpaste/fondant/ royal icing work?

I figure out how long I think it's going to take me. To do a golfer I'd work about an hour...I charge $25 per hour for labor. I'd probably throw another 5 on there for supplies. So I'd charge $30 for a small 5-8 inch figure.
