Ok, so I'm pretty clueless with cupcakes. I primarily make cakes but wanted to mix things up and make some cupcakes - both regular and mini. (So much cleaner at work)
So here are my questions. How long to bake (instructions for cake is 350 degrees for 30 minutes - it states 21- 24 minutes for cupcakes). Does this sound right for a basic sized cupcake? What time would you recommend for the mini-cupcakes?
Then I plan to let cool for 1 hour before attempting buttercream swirls and will be taking it to work tomorrow morning.
