Frosting That Doesn't Need Refrigeration?

This has probably been asked numerous times, so I'm sorry! I'm looking for a frosting recipe that is delicious and that can sit outside for a picnic in the sun? Preferably some kind of buttercream or cream cheese? Please help!

Check the recipes....a lot of people like Indydebi's BC recipe or Sugar Shacks which both do well in heat. The BC with the Crisco base is going to better than a butter based BC.
