What's The Best Way To Preserve A Fondant Dummy Cake?

I have a customer who would like to preserve the top layers of a dummy cake I made for her.

She just needs to keep it away from strong sunlight and moisture

Yup, what lynddy-lou said. Strong sunlight will bleach any colour on the cake, So i would suggest, packing it away in a cardboard box with some of those silica gel packets, and then storing it icon_smile.gif
