I have a potential order for 120 cupcakes coming up. I have only made small cupcake towers before and am considering either buying an acrylic tower or hiring one. Should I get one large one - if so how many tiers and sizes of tiers OR should I get two smaller ones - same questions, how many tiers and what sizes of tiers?
I would sooooo appreciate any help!

if I were buying I'd buy thecupcaketower.com. I'm personally not a fan of the acrylic. or if you're hiring anyway, maybe that person can build you one out of MDF like most have done. it's pretty simple, just takes a little time. The nice thing about the MDF one is that you can interchange your plates and be able to use for different sizes or use different heights of threaded rods. Very functional. one sheet of MDF can get you a bunch of different sizes of plates in rounds and square and it's costs about $23 at Lowes. Do a search and it should come up.
