Why The Satin Ice Is Too Dry??????

I buy black satin ice because is to much work make black mmf , the problem was , when I work it dry too fast icon_confused.gif some body can tell me why? icon_smile.gif

SI recc's that you work on a surface spread w/a little bit of shortening. I would try that, maybe knead in a little. You do have to work quickly.

For me, the black SI is softer/stickier than the white SI....hmmmm

I think SI has some problems with all colors lately. I had 3 of 4 ivory 5 lb tubs super dry and the customer service at Satin Fine Foods hasn't replied at all. Global Sugar Art told me I had to deal with them and I'm not happy with the lack of reply and money I threw out.

Thanks grils for reply icon_smile.gif well I buy 20 lb on white and is the same thing TOO DRY, icon_sad.gif some body know how we can fix it?? icon_cry.gif
