If I do a color flow picture and place it on the side of a 3D fondant covered cake - will it stay put? Does anyone have experience doing this?

Hi there I have done a fair bit of colour flow and have attached colour flow designs to the sides of cake - some in 2D - a colour flow picture will stay put on the side of a cake - is it a very detailed design? Wait until it is totally dry then secure it to the side of the cake with a little RI and it shouldn't move. HTH
