Good morning!
I baked chocolate cupcakes last night & vanilla cupcakes this morning to be picked up tomorrow morning. I just got a phone call that they had the date wrong & need to pick them up Friday instead. Would you recommend freezing them or just keeping them in an airtight container until Friday? What about the vanilla buttercream I made this morning as well? Thanks!

I would recommend freezing them. If they have liners and put them in an airtight container, the liners may peel off. Buttercream can go in an airtight container and put in the fridge. You can pull it out when you need it to room temp, beat it again to make smooth, and should be ready to use. HTH!
