My five year old would like an oreo filling cake. I have looked at different recipes and I am not finding much. Has anyone done like a cheesecake filling with oreo cookies crushed up? I am running out of ideas.

How about the Costco Mousse recipe, with the Oreo Jello Instant Pudding?
You can always add more crushed Oreos too.
One box of Jello Instant Pudding (any flavor) + 2 cups of heavy cream. Whip on high for 2 min.

I believe the original Costco Mousse recipe calls for 1 cup milk + 1 cup heavy cream. But I do all heavy cream. It's delicious, super fast, and the easiest thing ever. I actually have a box of the Oreo Jello sitting in my pantry for future use in this recipe.

I have made Oreo filling by just adding the Oreo pudding mix into my buttercream. I just add to taste. People LOVE it thumbs_up.gif ...and it makes it so easy!

Do you just use the cookie part? Or the cookie and the creme filling too?

Thanks.
