My DD has decided she wants a topsy turvy for her 16th birthday.

I have never made one before but am sure I can pull it off

However she wants 3 tiers for the design she has picked (thanks sugarshack)

So do I bake 3 x 2" high cakes per tier or do you do 2 x 3" high?

Also do you transport stacked or stack on site? I plan on using a central dowel.

I have sugarshacks dvd so I am sure the 2 of us will be having some late nights this week.
