I have a bride that wants black magic roses in gumpaste. This type of red rose is so dark it almost looks black. Can I buy red gumpaste roses and either paint or dust them with some black to darken them?

I use red fondant with tylose added for my red roses. Then dust with crystal color red velvet. If you look at the last picture i uploaded you can see the color they come out. The red accents on that cake were done the same way.
