I guess that's exactly why, when a CCer asks for advice on a name for their bakery, people always advise them to do an internet search to see if it's already being used. Although, in this case, I'm pretty sure she knew about Pillsbury and didn't see the connection -- I didn't either!

I feel bad for the owner. I don't think anyone would confuse the two. I think some people and companies get a little ridiculous with protecting their copyrighted work or names.

Sorry-- that's a REAAALLLL stretch. I was expecting to see Poppin' something or other... There is no way that little Utah bakery is going to dimish Pillsbury's hold on the customer... pleazzzzeeeee!!
