I made way too much choc ganache frosting for a cake this past weekend. Can this be wrapped and frozen for the future?
Thanks for your input. Jackie

Absolutely. I do it all the time so I always have some on hand.

I was leary to freeze my extra ganache, but I took it out after about a month in the freezer to fill a cake and it was still good! I will not hesitate to freeze any leftover ganache in the future. I had it tightly sealed in a ziplock bag.
