i used this recipe for a guy at work who has an egg allergy
http://www.vegsoc.org.au/recipe_details.asp?RecipeID=377
i found it a little bland but it was nice. the guy liked it icon_smile.gif

i also found this the other day

in the comments one person has posted her egg replacement recipe
I used my egg replacer (1 1/2 tsp water, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 1/2 TBSP vege oil)

i haven't tried it yet but plan on giving it a go icon_smile.gif

hope it helps icon_smile.gif

Super simple, super easy, and super good -

Take one cake mix - add one can of soda. Bake. That's it. For a lower fat/calorie recipe, make it a diet soda. Don't add water, eggs or oil ... just the soda.

All my cakes and icings are egg and dairy free.

What flavour cake were you after? I have a few nice recipes that i'm happy to share.

Also, it might sound obvious, but make sure you don't use ANY royal icing anywhere on the cake or decorations.
