I have a customer who is looking for a hammer head shark cake for her daughters birthday. She loves hammer heads. She is asking me if it is possible to shape the cake into the hammer head. Not too sure how to go about it and I have NEVER sculpted a cake like that before. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help.

There are a few in the galleries.

You might PM the creators and ask (nicely) how it was done.

I made a lego-style one about 5 years ago. I used a 9x13 and cut/carved the parts. It was all buttercream.

Hope this helps even a little.

Thanks SugarFrosted! It helps alot. Not sure what I will come up with though. The little girl is only 4 years old and is fascinated with the Hammerhead. Appreciate the reply!
