I'm working 3rd shift tonight and when done have to go home...and instead of sleeping.... bake a 3 tier wedding cake, my first in a looooong time, so I need it to be perfect so she tells everyone how AWESOME I am.

So....I'm just gonna go on and ask all of my CC support group to wish me some luck. I'm sort of apprehensive about doing all that baking, torting, filling, and icing on no (or very little) sleep.

I have a funeral Thurs am if at all possible, so I have to get as much as possible done Wed for this Friday wedding.

I did have to rebake one of my tiers because my stupid sleep deprived self broke one of the torted layers putting it on the others. Sigh. But so far it looks nice.

I have to pipe the scrollwork, box it up, and type up the paperwork, then deliver it.
