Anyone know where I can find a wine botte cookie cutter???? Looked on several sites and they are sold out!

Look for a clipart of a wine bottle (Google images). Resize it to what you need. (I use Adobe Photoshop). Print, cut out. If doing more that a few, you might laminate, or trace and cut out of plastic (like quilters plastic, or a cool whip lid). Use a dedicated Xacto knife, or sharp tip paring knife, and cut around template.

I often do this if I am only making a few of a design. That way I can customize bouquets etc without investing way too much money. I do keep my templates, just in case!

A wine bottle is simple enough, it would be easy to do as lcubed says. You could also make your own cookie cutter. My husband makes mine sometimes.
