I would like to know what is used when hand painting on fondant and gum paste? I am making sunflowers and would like to accent with colors? Is it basic gel colors watered down?

Hello there. I usually use gel colors mixed with a very inexpensive vodka. Vodka evaporates quickly and aids in the drying of the colors.

I always use airbrush color when painting on cakes. It is perfect, always consistant and easy to use.
