Hi,
I am working on a theme cake of Woody from Toy Story. I found the picture of the cake on this website but have no idea how they made Woody. Not sure if Rice paper was used or frozen buttercream. Please help!! I'm new to cake decorating.

It looks like a FBCT to me with some piping on top to give it more dimension and detail.

I think that it's done on rice paper and maybe royal icing for dimensional detail.....
