Hi!

Making a baseball themed ice-cream cake with Richwhip (thanks, Jackie!) My problems are that since it is water-based, the colors tend to run. So:
a) if I spray it with that Wilton "airbrush" stuff, will it run?
b) if I put royal icing letters on it, will anything (they, or the RW) melt?
c) Will brown sugar on the top (like the sand on the baseball diamond) melt?

Thanks! icon_smile.gif Quick replies hoped for, cake is for Thursday!!

richwhip is like coolwhip. could you use liquid colors or regular buttercream for the cake?

haven't tried using it other than a sub for the other.

could you use a little and try it out before thursday.
