I am looking for the cut out or the instructions on how to make Gardinia's? I am doing a wedding cake for Aug and the bride is very easy going-she wants large white flowers on the white cake, however the picture she gave me has gardinia's. If not is there another flower that would be similar - such as magnolia?

You've misspelled Gardenia. Search google for Gardenia Flower Cutter/Instructions and the second link will get you to what you want, just scroll down that page a bit. I love Gardenias and am thinking about learning to make them for my mom's birthday cake later this year... my grandmother grew them when she was alive so they're very special to us.
