Maureen is just amazing!!! My Agbay broke yesterday and I have 13 cakes that need to be leveled and layered tomorrow. She is meeting me this afternoon to take a look at it and fix it for me!!! I have never had such amazing customer service ever!!!

She fixed it!!! YAY!!! She said it was a defective knob and didn't want to charge me. It was only a $2 replacement so I gave her the money. She was so sweet though!
