Hello!
I`ve benn asked to make a three tiered wedding cake. the bride is going to provide me with a cake stand (more like a pedestal) and she wants the cake to look like it's floating on the pedestal.
My quetions is, should a foamcore circle be strong enough to hold the entire cake?
