I'm making my first stacked cake for an anniversary, will they want cream cheese filling in two of the tiers, I knw tht the cream cheese has to b in the frigde, how long can it stay out before it goes bad? so i can tell them, plus we leave in az, so it gets hot here.

not long...according to serv safe for perishable foods the max is four hours...but I dont know for sure. That's just the FDA standard something or other
