...or a swirl! I have only been a wedding cake baker for about a year and I have been dying to make a "ribbonless" wedding cake for quite some time. And finally, it happened! A bride who did not want ribbons or swirls on her wedding cake. icon_surprised.gif God bless her! icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks. I appreciate the feedback.

I agree about the lack of piping. I wish the cake decorating shows on food network and TLC would do a buttercream cake challenge. Or have I missed that?
