Tina - she actually had a video online a few years back that showed exactly how she did it. It was for a news story that was done on her. I just looked, but it's no longer online. I think she thought she was safe because she had applied for a patent. But I looked before when I first saw she was trying to patent it and I found recipes for stuffed berries online back in 2002. I am sure there are older ones, but that is what I found at the time.

This lady may have applied for a patent but most patent applications take years and I doubt she would even be granted a patent. that's like saying i can get a patent for how I frost a cupcake using a swirl. I say x away and forget about her.
