I am making a strawberry cake and was thinking of using cream cheese filling. However, I am now questioning whether or not I should just use Indydebi's bc and add frozen strawberries to it to make a strawberry/vanilla filling. BTW, Indydebi's bc is the best Ive ever tried. I couldnt believe the differnce! (I normally dont even like bc icing) Thanks for all of your hellp in advance!
Frozen then thawed fruit can be messy to work with. I suggest you PM ID to get the word from the BC author.
Thank you! I ended up going with the cream cheese filling. My cake turned into disaster but thats what happens when your a/c goes out. its been a bad weekend all around. lol. the cakes tasted good, just didnt look pretty at all. oh well. try try and try again!
