I desperately need a good chocolate cake recipe that uses cocoa, no chocolate bars. I hear the cocoa recipe that use to be on the can had a tendency to come out dry. Any other ones out there...??

I did grab one off of cooks.com. Home made from scratch, I doubled it, made a 14' and 6' in. cake that are in oven now and the middles are looking bubbly and cooked. I used 3 rose nails in 14' to help avoid the dome but I think something is wrong. 30 min to bake and eh. The recipe called for 2 cups boiling water that warned me batter will be thin. I'm stuck. Something isn't right. Sigh... icon_sad.gif

I've used the Hershey cake recipe and used hot coffee in place of the boiling water...the batter was thin but the recipe came out totally fantastic...it wasn't dry at all.
