I tried to do a search on CC so that I wouldnt be starting a topic that has been covered to death...but not much came up.

Most of my cake pans are Wilton, but I need to purchase a 16" round to add to my arsenal... what is the general consensus as to what the best cake pans as far as even baking, quality?
