Hi. Where can I purchase the brown baking cups used by all the gourmet cupcake bakeries? I know brown colored baking cups can be found online in many places but all the Cupcake Boutiques that I have seen interviewed on tv say that these particular cups are not readily available to home bakers.

You can get them at a ton of places now. I usually order them from global sugar art but have seen them on etsy, ebay, lots of online boutiques, and in a pinch, I've bought them at my local cake decorating store at a premium price.

Just google "brown cupcake liners" and it should bring up a bunch of websites.

What is supposed to be so special about these brown cups? Are they organic? Cheaper? Couture? If you have a tax ID you can get all kinds of supplies at wholesale prices. Pretty much any supplier will discount for large orders. Just ask.

Try King Arthur Flour shop. They have the brown paper cups and the little panettone cups.
