I've always been told NOT to put cakes with fondant in the refridgerator. However, I've seen several cakes on here with fillings that I would think need to be kept cool (Cream Cheese, Fresh Fruit). Is this incorrect?

Ok, so mine is a qualified no. If it has perishable fillings then yes I refridgerate...if it's too hot in the kitchen or if I want to get a good chill on it before delivery then I refridgerate. But on a regular basis, no I don't.

I think the reason I've heard that you should not refridgerate is because they sweat which could causing decor to fall off and colors to run
