For those who sell at Farmer's Markets, or any outdoor space, what kind of equipment do you need? Is just an umbrella for shade sufficient for sturdy BC, or are there little refrigerators for such purposes? Or do you just keep everything in your vehicle and leave it on with the a/c running? Or do you use coolers?
