Here are a couple of "high humidity" butter cream recipes by Wilton. If anyone knows of others please post. Thanks loads.

Indydebi's buttercream and it taste MUCH better than Wilton. Our temp's have been around 100 degrees with 98% humidity and this icing holds up to that. thumbs_up.gif
